More and more research is now coming out on the benefits of vitamin D and how it can help you burn belly fat, get stronger, live longer while also improving your immune system and preventing diseases. Most people in the United States are deficient in vitamin D and this is most likely from a lack of exposure to sunlight especially in the winter months.
